Terrain Minerals Limited has successfully raised $1,045,000 from sophisticated and professional investors, surpassing its original target by 39% through the issuance of shares. The funds will support additional drilling at the Smokebush Gold Project and advancement of the Lort River Nickel/Copper project, along with general corporate activities. Shareholder approval is pending for a portion of the shares to be issued, which includes participation by the Executive Director, Justin Virgin.
