TerraCom Limited has announced a significant increase in the indirect shareholdings of Director David Norris, following an on-market purchase of 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.18 each. The transaction, which took place on September 6, 2024, has expanded Norris’s indirect interest, held through Davem Nominees Pty Ltd for the D & E Norris Super Fund, from 28,513 to 128,513 shares. No changes in director’s interests in contracts or trades during closed periods were reported.
