Terra Uranium Limited disclosed that one of its non-executive directors, Mr. Douglas Engdahl, failed to comply with the company’s trading policy during March and April 2023 by selling shares without proper notification and approval. The transactions occurred during a period when trading restrictions were in place, and the director has since been counseled on his obligations. The company is reviewing its practices to ensure strict adherence to its trading policy going forward.
