Terra Uranium Director Bolsters Shareholding

Terra Uranium Limited (AU:T92) has released an update.

Terra Uranium Limited has disclosed that Director Andrew Vigar, through his controlled entity Vigar Investments Pty Ltd, has increased his stake in the company. Following a recent share purchase plan that closed on September 25, 2024, Vigar acquired an additional 153,846 ordinary fully paid shares for a consideration of $10,000, bringing his total holdings to 1,505,640 shares, with 1,575,000 options remaining at an exercise price of $0.30 expiring on September 6, 2025.
