Terra Metals Limited, previously known as GCX Metals Limited, announced the successful rebranding of the company name following shareholder approval. The resolutions, including the issuance of placement shares to various parties and the ratification of share issues under listing rules, were all carried by a vote by poll. The company’s ASX code will be updated to ‘TM1’ following the change.
