Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. has announced that its share consolidation will be effective from May 17, 2024, with shares trading on a post-consolidation basis from market open on that date. Shareholders are instructed to exchange their pre-consolidation certificates with the assistance of the transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company of Canada. The company, which is focused on the exploration of polymetallic and energy metals, holds significant interests in projects across southeastern Europe and Canada.
