Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. has announced an extension for the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise up to $1.45 million to fund operations and field campaigns in Saskatchewan and the Balkans. The company has already secured $948,760 and plans to close the offering as soon as possible. Each unit sold includes a share and a purchase warrant, with the warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at a future date.
