Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. has announced an increase in its private placement financing to raise up to $1,450,000, following strong investor interest. The company will issue up to 14,500,000 units at $0.10 each, with proceeds intended to fund working capital and a Phase III drilling campaign. The offering includes common shares and warrants, with a 36-month exercise period for the warrants.
