Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. has successfully closed the third tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $176,010 CAD, contributing to a total of $948,760 CAD accumulated in the offering so far. With strong investor interest and an oversubscription, the company issued 1,760,100 units at $0.10 each. The funds are earmarked for working capital and financing field campaigns in their properties across Saskatchewan and the Balkans.
