The company’s turnover increased to HK$56,032,000, up from HK$51,876,000, while it also faced a fair value loss on investment properties and a net loss on revaluation of debt instruments. Despite these challenges, Tern Properties managed to narrow its loss per share from HK$0.27 to HK$0.04.
