Ltd. reported their annual results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, showing an improvement in their financial situation with a reduced loss for the year at HK$9,797,000 compared to HK$75,204,000 the previous year. The company’s turnover increased to HK$56,032,000, up from HK$51,876,000, while it also faced a fair value loss on investment properties and a net loss on revaluation of debt instruments. Despite these challenges, Tern Properties managed to narrow its loss per share from HK$0.27 to HK$0.04.
