Tern Properties Company Limited has announced significant leadership changes effective from August 22, 2024, with Mr. Chan Hoi Sow retiring as Chairman and Executive Director, to be honored as Honorary Chairman and Senior Advisor. Ms. Chan Yan Wai, Emily, and Mr. Chan Yan Lam, Alan, both Executive Directors, will step into the roles of Joint Chairmen and Co-Managing Directors.
