Tern Properties Company Limited announced unanimous approval of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on August 21, 2024, including the adoption of financial statements, the declaration of a final dividend, director re-elections, and the reappointment of their auditor. The mandates for share buy-backs and issuance were also passed with overwhelming majority. The resolutions were voted on by the total number of issued shares with no abstentions, as confirmed by the company’s share registrar.
