Tern Plc has announced an Open Offer to raise approximately £600,972 by issuing up to 48,077,813 new shares at a discounted price of 1.25p each, a 13.8% discount to the recent closing price. The offer, available to all qualifying shareholders, aims to expand the company’s capital and is conditional upon the new shares’ admission to AIM trading expected to commence on 24th September 2024. Shareholders can participate until the 20th September, with further details provided in a Circular distributed to them.
