Tern plc ( (GB:TERN) ) has issued an update.

Tern plc has secured an extension of the repayment date on its existing loan facility to 11 September 2026, easing near-term balance sheet pressure as it continues to back early-stage IoT investments. The revised terms, agreed with the loan provider, are intended to give the board greater negotiating flexibility in arranging future funding for its portfolio companies.

Under the updated arrangement, Tern will make a £38,432.88 part repayment of principal and interest, plus a £6,000 loan extension fee, leaving £120,000 outstanding at an interest rate of 1.00% per calendar month until maturity. The move underscores the company’s efforts to manage financing costs while preserving liquidity to meet the capital requirements of its investee businesses, which may reassure stakeholders about short- to medium-term funding resilience.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:TERN) stock is a Sell with a £0.43 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Tern plc stock, see the GB:TERN Stock Forecast page.
