Tern Plc, an investment firm with a focus on IoT technology businesses, announces that Device Authority’s strong performance has led to a deferral of the final tranche of fundraising. The company, in which Tern holds a 30% stake, is valued at an unaudited book value of around $5.4 million. Device Authority specializes in Identity and Access Management for IoT, targeting sectors such as automotive, medical devices, and industrial IoT.
