Tenma Corporation has decided to dissolve its subsidiary PRINCIA CO., LTD. to streamline office organization, enhance asset efficiency, and reduce management costs, as transactions through PRINCIA have diminished. The dissolution is expected to result in extraordinary income, which has been included in the forecasted earnings, and the liquidation is scheduled for completion in November 2024.
