Tenet Fintech Group Inc. has successfully completed the second tranche of its brokered private placement, raising $1 million of the $10 million goal. Investors purchased 1,000 convertible debenture units, which may be converted to common shares at specified terms, with the intent to fund further development of the company’s Cubeler® Business Hub and general corporate purposes. The company has yet to announce additional tranches but aims to reach a minimum total of $6 million in proceeds.
