Tenet Fintech Group Inc. has obtained a $5 million credit facility from Petiana Capital Inc., while simultaneously halting its private placement financing effort. The funds will support marketing for Tenet’s Business Hub and the completion and launch of its ie-Pulse platform, aimed at generating Canadian data plan sales in the latter half of the year. This strategic financial maneuver is considered a significant gain for the company and its stakeholders, eliminating the need to issue a large number of shares and warrants.
