Tenet Fintech Group Resolves Litigation, Eyes Growth

Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (TSE:PKK) has released an update.

Tenet Fintech Group Inc. has settled a class action lawsuit without admitting any liability, agreeing to pay $1.2 million in installments throughout 2024 to avoid further litigation costs. The settlement allows Tenet to focus on its growth and the continuation of its private placement financing, pending final court approval. This move is aimed at eliminating distractions and expenses from the litigation, enabling Tenet to concentrate on advancing its financial technology and AI business initiatives.
