Tenet Fintech Group Inc. has completed the third tranche of its private placement, raising $2 million out of the $10 million goal, with a total of $4.625 million raised in three tranches. The offering included convertible debenture units paired with common share purchase warrants, with provisions for officer-specific terms. The funds will support the development of Tenet’s Cubeler® Business Hub and other corporate needs.
