Liang Qiu, director and CEO of Tenet Fintech Group Inc.’s Chinese operations, has increased his investment in the company by acquiring 475 units for $475,000, not through market facilities. This purchase includes convertible debentures and warrants, potentially raising his ownership to 12.15% on a partially diluted basis. Mr. Qiu’s actions reflect his investment purposes and he may adjust his holdings as he sees fit, following securities laws and conditions.
