Tenaris S.A. has reported the purchase of 1,568,756 ordinary shares for a total of €21,451,148 (USD 23,285,671) as part of its ongoing Share Buyback Program. As of August 2, 2024, Tenaris holds 4.6% of its issued share capital in treasury and plans to cancel these shares in the future.
