Tenaris S.A. has reported the purchase of 827,733 ordinary shares for a total of approximately $13 million USD as part of its ongoing Fourth Tranche Share Buyback Program. As of July 26, 2024, Tenaris holds over 52 million shares in treasury, representing 4.5% of its issued share capital, with the intention to cancel these shares eventually.
