Ten Sixty Four Limited (AU:X64) has released an update.

Ten Sixty Four Limited has announced that a Philippine Court Order has dismissed a criminal case involving falsification of public documents, which is part of an ongoing legal dispute regarding the ownership of shares in Philsaga Management and Holdings Inc. The dispute, however, does not affect Ten Sixty Four’s interests in the Co-O Mine and Co-O Mill, nor its current operations. The company will keep stakeholders updated on further developments as they occur.
