Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Lui Sun Wing as an independent non-executive Director, as well as a member of the audit, nomination, and remuneration committees, effective from July 1, 2024. With a notable background in science and technology, Dr. Lui brings extensive experience from his previous roles in academia and industry to the Board. The company has confirmed Dr. Lui’s independence and he will be subject to re-election at the next annual general meeting following his appointment.
