Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for 23 August 2024 to vote on a resolution concerning the Supplemental Agreement and Revised Annual Caps. Shareholders can appoint proxies to vote in their stead and must submit proxy forms at least 48 hours before the meeting. The company’s register of members will be closed from 20 to 23 August 2024 to determine shareholder eligibility.
