Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for 23 August 2024 to vote on a resolution concerning the Supplemental Agreement and Revised Annual Caps. Shareholders can appoint proxies to vote in their stead and must submit proxy forms at least 48 hours before the meeting.
