Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, announced the grant of share awards under the Ten Pao Electronic (Huizhou) Share Award Scheme. On August 8, 2024, Ten Pao Electronic (Huizhou) awarded approximately 4.15% of its total registered capital to 88 full-time employees as an incentive for their contribution to the company. The shares were granted at a subscription price of RMB1.55 per registered capital and are subject to immediate vesting and a lock-up period.
