Tempus Holdings Moves Toward Restructuring

Tempus Holdings Limited (HK:6880) has released an update.

Tempus Holdings Limited, currently in liquidation, has entered an exclusivity agreement with a potential investor for a proposed restructuring plan that includes a capital reorganization, new share subscription, and a creditors’ scheme of arrangement. The company is also dealing with the aftermath of a court case where their claim was rejected due to insufficient evidence, as well as the finalization of its 2022 annual results expected by mid-September 2024. Amidst these developments, trading of the company’s shares remains suspended on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
