Tempus Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of executive director Mr. Yip Chee Lai, Charlie, effective from 26 June 2023, due to disagreements over board decisions and hindrance in duty performance. Following his departure, Mr. Yip also stepped down from the executive committee. The company’s shares remain suspended on the Stock Exchange since 3 April 2023, with no indication of when trading will resume.
