Tembo Capital Holdings UK Ltd has reduced its stake in Spartan Resources Limited, with its voting power dropping from 15% to just under the substantial holder threshold of 10%. This change occurred after the sale of 52,477,170 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $46,704,681.30. The transaction brings Tembo’s remaining holding to 110,347,830 ordinary shares in Spartan Resources.
