Temas Resources Corp. has successfully completed the second and final tranche of its oversubscribed private placement, raising a total of $531,000 through the issuance of over 2.6 million units at $0.20 each. The proceeds are intended for advancing the company’s exploration programs and general corporate purposes. This final tranche, along with the first, has resulted in raising approximately 15% more funds than the original offering, with significant participation from company directors.
