Temas Resources Corp. (TSE:TMAS) has released an update.
Temas Resources Corp. has revised the terms of its private placement, reducing the unit price to $0.20, aiming to raise $1.5 million for advancing their La Blache project and for general capital needs. Each unit sold includes one common share and half a warrant, with entire warrants allowing for the purchase of additional shares at $0.40 for two years post-closing. The company is engaged in developing Iron-Titanium-Vanadium projects in Quebec and practices environmentally conscious mineral recovery.
