Telstra Director Niek Jan van Damme has announced his retirement from the board, effective after the Annual General Meeting on October 15, 2024. Van Damme, who has been a significant figure in Telstra’s transformation strategies since 2018, has received accolades for his contributions from Telstra Chair Craig Dunn. The telecom giant will announce a successor for the non-executive director position at a later date.
