Telstra Corporation Limited has conducted its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), presenting key resolutions and changes including a proposal to appoint a new external auditor, replacing Ernst and Young after 24 years of service. The AGM also acknowledged the retirement of Company Secretary Sue Laver after 27 years, and Board member Niek Jan van Damme after his six years of service, while Roy Chestnutt stands for re-election.
