An announcement from PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk ( (TLK) ) is now available.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has announced that it will convene its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 financial year on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 14:00 Western Indonesia Time. The meeting will be held electronically via the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (eASY.KSEI), reflecting the company’s continued adoption of virtual governance practices.

Shareholders recorded in the company’s register by May 13, 2026 at 16:15 Western Indonesia Time will be eligible to participate, either by attending online or granting electronic proxies through eASY.KSEI. The invitation and details of the AGMS agenda will be published on May 16, 2026 on the e-RUPS platform, the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Financial Services Authority reporting sites, and Telkom’s own website.

Telkom has outlined clear requirements for shareholders wishing to propose agenda items, limiting this right to the holder of the Series A Dwiwarna share and shareholders representing at least one‑twentieth of voting shares. Any proposed agenda must be submitted in writing to the board of directors by May 9, 2026, and must be in good faith, aligned with the company’s interests, suitable for GMS resolution, properly reasoned and documented, and compliant with prevailing laws and the company’s articles of association.

The move formalizes the 2025 AGMS timetable and procedures under recently updated Indonesian Financial Services Authority regulations governing electronic shareholder meetings. For investors and the state as controlling shareholder, the fully digital format is intended to streamline participation, enhance regulatory compliance, and support more efficient corporate decision‑making ahead of key resolutions on Telkom’s financial year 2025 performance and governance.
