Telesis Bio (TBIO) has shared an update.
Telesis Bio Inc. announced a major leadership transition with Todd R. Nelson stepping down as CEO on April 16, 2024, while continuing as a board member. Eric Esser, previously President and COO, has taken over as the new CEO and President. Esser brings a wealth of experience, having held key positions in several life sciences companies. With his appointment, he received a competitive salary, bonus eligibility, and stock incentives. Additionally, the company’s Board has expanded to accommodate Esser’s new role as a Class II director, with his term set to expire at the 2026 annual stockholders’ meeting.
