Telenor ASA has successfully priced a series of bonds under its EMTN program, totaling SEK 3,850,000,000 with varying coupons and maturity dates up to 2029, aimed at refinancing existing debt and supporting general corporate activities. The bonds, set to settle on October 1, 2024, will be listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange with Danske Bank, Nordea, and SEB as arrangers.
