Card Factory PLC has announced a notification of major holdings, revealing that Teleios Capital Partners LLC has disposed of its entire 9.92% voting rights. The Swiss-based investment firm reached this position on July 18, 2024, and notified the UK-based greeting card and gift retailer by July 22, 2024. No further voting rights are held by Teleios Capital Partners through shares or financial instruments in Card Factory PLC.
