Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced a decision by its Fiscal Council to declare Interest on Capital (IoC) for shareholders totaling R$400 million gross, with a net of R$340 million after taxes. The per share IoC gross amount is R$0.24359217033, with a net of R$0.20705334478 post-tax, to be recorded based on shareholder positions as of August 26th, 2024. Payment is expected by April 30th, 2025, with the exact date to be determined by the Executive Board.
