Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced that its Board of Directors approved the payment of Interest on Capital (IoC) totaling R$400 million, which will be subjected to a 15% income tax deduction, resulting in a net payment of R$340 million. This IoC amount will be considered as part of the mandatory dividends for 2024, with payment to shareholders based on their shareholding position as of August 26, 2024, and distributed by April 30, 2025. Shareholders with tax-exempt status must provide proof to Banco Bradesco S.A. by August 30, 2024, to receive the gross IoC amount.
