Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced the approval of a significant Interest on Capital payment totaling R$650 million, with a net value of R$552.5 million post-tax, set to be distributed to shareholders by April 30, 2025. Shareholders must hold their positions by July 26, 2024, to be eligible for the payment, which will be considered as part of the mandatory dividends for the fiscal year.
