Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced the approval of an Interest on Capital (IoC) of R$650 million, based on the balance sheet of June 30, 2024. Shareholders on record by July 26, 2024, will be eligible for the IoC payment, which is set to be part of the minimum mandatory dividend for the fiscal year and is expected to be paid by April 30, 2025.
