Telefonica Brasil (VIV) has released an update.
Telefônica Brasil S.A. has announced a decision by its Fiscal Council to declare Interest on Capital (IoC) of R$650 million, based on the June 30, 2024, balance sheet. Shareholders on record by July 26, 2024, will receive a gross IoC per share amount of R$0.39467123305, with the net payment to be made by April 30, 2025. This IoC will contribute to the minimum mandatory dividend for the fiscal year 2024, subject to approval at the 2025 Ordinary General Meeting.
