Telefônica Brasil has announced the approval of a proposal to declare Interest on Capital (IoC) of R$400,000,000.00, which will be credited to shareholders based on the shareholding position at the end of August 26th, 2024. The payment is set to be included in the minimum mandatory dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2024, with disbursement expected by April 30th, 2025.
