Telecom Plus PLC has announced that the total number of ordinary shares is 78,893,986, excluding the 1,132,705 shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this figure as the denominator for calculating notifications of interest changes as per the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Additionally, 252,638 shares held by the Telecom Plus PLC JSOP Share Trust have waived voting rights but are counted in the total voting rights.
