Telecom Plus PLC has announced that their total number of ordinary shares is 79,300,151, with an additional 1,132,705 shares held in treasury. Shareholders can use this share count as a basis for disclosing changes in ownership as per the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The company has also specified that 252,638 shares are held in a share trust with waived voting rights.
