Telecom Plus PLC Shares and Voting Rights Update

Telecom Plus (GB:TEP) has released an update.

Telecom Plus PLC has announced that their total number of ordinary shares is 79,263,775, with an additional 1,132,705 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights equal the number of ordinary shares, which shareholders can use as a basis to determine necessary notifications of interest changes as per the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
