Telecom Plus PLC, operating as Utility Warehouse and UW, disclosed a share acquisition transaction by Rebecca Burnett, the wife of the CEO Stuart Burnett. The purchase was made through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan on the London Stock Exchange, involving the acquisition of Ordinary Shares at the price of £17.7160 each.
