Telecom Argentina has announced a legal victory in a long-standing case as the Commercial Court of Appeals confirmed the first instance ruling in favor of the company against consumer rights group Proconsumer. The court decision allows Telecom Argentina to continue setting prices for the local fixed network services it provides to mobile clients without limitations. This outcome follows previous disclosures made by Telecom Personal in February 2011, prior to its continuation as Telecom Argentina.
