Telecom Argentina S.A. has announced the successful completion of its cash tender offer for $100 million of its 8.5% notes due 2025, with the payment date set for August 8, 2024. The company received tenders for $58.38 million of the original principal amount, which, after accounting for amortization, resulted in an aggregate principal amount of $19.85 million accepted for purchase. Telecom Argentina will pay approximately $19.71 million in tender consideration and an additional $9,373.03 in accrued interest for the accepted notes.
